There are several applications out there that will read the following data files.
Apple Macintosh:

Paper:
Use the PDF files below. You will need the front and back for each type. They are sized to print the front then flip the paper over and print the back on the back of the front printed paper.
The last page of the -back.pdf is the back to the first page of -front.pdf.

EPub format is usable in several apps such as IBooks on IOS devices. I know Android has at least one. I have a recommendation on Aldiko. I can not test that as I don’t have an Android device though.
