Directions on how to make a simple fruit cobbler.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup of soy milk
- 1 cup of flour
- touch of salt
- Can of fruit. Peach is very good
Setup Pan
Place Fruit on the bottom of a baking dish
Mix In bowl
Mix the remaining items (Not the fruit) in a mixing bowl.
Finish Pan Prep
Heat water until boiling and poor 2/3 of a cup over the top of the fruit and mixture.
Bake
Bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes.
Cool
Let cool then eat by itself or with a good topping. Such as ice cream or cool whip.
