Ingredients - Canister
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups of non-dairy creamer
Ingredients - Saucepan
- 1/2 cup of egg beaters
- 2 cups of vanilla soy milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Mix saucepan ingredients
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture coats a metal spool then cool.
Refridgerate contents.
Create the Ice Cream
Pour cooled mixture into canaster with Canister ingredients.
